This web site is owned and managed by Tigon (GB) Ltd, a UK based family owned business founded in 1996. By purchasing goods through oliveleaf.co.uk you agree both to our Terms and Conditions and to receiving email marketing communications from Tigon GB. You can opt-out of email marketing communications from Tigon GB at any time.
Making A Purchase
An automated acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address provided confirming your purchase. Please check this email and contact us immediately if there is a problem. NB: when buying goods on the Internet you are entering a legally binding contract, however, should you wish to cancel your order you have seven working days after receipt of the goods to do so.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card payment as well as Sagepay and Paypal. If you are shopping from North America, Continental Europe or anywhere else in the world, place your order in Sterling£ and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euro's or your own currency at the rate of exchange prevailing at time of transaction.
Dispatch and Delivery
Please note that orders are generally dispatched the same day if received into our sales department before 12 noon, if received after this time they will be dispatched the following working day.
Shipping and handling charges to a UK Post Code destinations are free for all order over £25 (Orders under £25 will be subject to a £2.50 postal surcharge). These orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail second class post so please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. If there is nobody in when order arrives it will be put through your letter box, left with an available neighbour or in your preferred safe-place should you have previously provided us with those details.
Orders over £75 in value will be shipped for next day delivery by Parcel Force 24 hour service which will require a signature upon receipt. NB: Our carriers can at the drivers discretion leave with a neighbour if no one is in at the time of calling, should this not be acceptable to you please advise at time of placing your order.
For shipments to Eire and mainland Europe a surcharge of £7.50 per order (regardless of weight/value) will be added to cover cost of International mail and insurance - please allow 5-7 working days. For all other International orders a surcharge of £12.50 per order (regardless of weight/value) will be added to cover cost of International mail and insurance - please allow 10-14 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not send substitutes or alternatives unless agreed in advance. Back-ordered items will not be charged until they are shipped.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase and our customer service but if you are unhappy for any reason we would like the opportunity to rectify the situation. If you have an issue with your delivery, or to return a product or report a damaged product please call 01664-485001, email us at email@example.com or use the contact form on our website.
If you decide you don't want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty). No goods may be returned for refund or replacement without prior advice and must be accompanied in writing giving name and address of sender and reason for return. Only goods that are un-opened and with security seals intact may be returned unless damaged in anyway.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. If a product is damaged on receipt or deemed faulty please call our office and arrangements can be made for a replacement to be sent, however you will be required to return the damaged or faulty item to us in a SAE which we will send to you.
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products you must return the products, unopened and in their complete packaging, to our office address (see contact us). The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received by us. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service. For health and hygiene reasons you cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product. However your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products are not affected.
All local taxes, if and where applicable, are included in the prices shown - except for duties and taxes that might be applied in territories other than The United Kingdom (in case of doubt please contact your own customs department regarding imports).
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All transactions are processed according to current data protection regulations and comply with industry standards.
Tigon (GB) Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
We guarantee your satisfaction and we pride ourselves in providing the best customer service possible, however, In case of legal dispute at anytime UK law is the applicable law.
