Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

An automated acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address provided confirming your purchase. Please check on receipt and if not correct please let us know immediately. NB: when buying goods on the Internet you are entering a legally binding contract however, should you wish to cancel your order you have seven working days after receipt of the goods to do so.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Continental Europe or anywhere else in the world, place your order in Sterling£ and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euro's or your own currency at the rate of exchange prevailing at time of transaction.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items will not be charged until they are shipped. Should you be concerned about providing your credit card information over the Internet please telephone, fax or use snail mail.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling charges to any UK destination are included in the price of the product. For all other destinations a surcharge of £5.00 per order will be added to cover cost of International mail and insurance.

Any damages or shortages in transit must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Any defect in goods must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We process your order right away and it will normally be dispatched to you within 48hours. For orders within the UK please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. For shipments into mainland Europe please allow 5-7 days and all other International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not send substitutes or alternatives unless agreed in advance.

Tax Charges

All local taxes, if and where applicable, are included in the prices shown - except for duties and taxes that might be applied in territories other than The United Kingdom (in case of doubt please contact your own customs department regarding imports).
